As we mentioned in a previous editorial, the woman market is still quite untapped and brands are looking into different ways to develop this. A smart example of this is with Parmigiani Fleurier’s Woman of Exception concept where the idea is not to simply use a glamourous ambassador, but women that have actually achieved something in their lives. Interview with Aurel Bacs, International Co-Head of Christie’s watch department, days before the Geneva auction to be held on Monday the 14th of May. Among them, Parmigiani presented an incredible version of a dragon that required more than 6’000 man hours for 22 different craft professions… The 2012 edition of the White Turf horse race competitions of St Moritz were held with the expected glamour and style, as well as some evident real and trough races. Both race winner and owner were handed a Parmigiani watch.
