DE BETHUNE – ACOUSTIC OSCILLATING ESCAPEMENT…

During a visit to De Bethune's factory, Denis Flageollet, co-founder and Head of technical departement, explains us in this video their new approach to the regulation of watches: a magnetic oscillating system opening the door to frequencies as high as 20'000 Hertz. Their "open source" approach goes against intellectual protection habits of the industry, but what they want is to make things go fast to the benefit of watchmaking evolution.
